I said to myself what is a

SAFE HOUSE.

Philadelphia is a city that is supposed to protect us, but for 67 years they knowingly gave us housing that included bed bugs, led, and asbestos. Our Children experienced, learning disabilities, respiratory complications, nausea or vomiting from the mouth. Now they want to remove what they already knew was in the house. ( in the house).
